The first decade was new construction only. For the last two decades, the remedial side has grown alongside it; new construction still accounts for 70% of the workload.
Everything is done in-house. Our own tradesmen on the tools, our own crew on every site. If something needs to be fixed, we are the ones who fix it. Across three decades there is no record of litigation against the company, and no environmental incidents on a site.
Our client base is the tier-1 commercial construction sector. We have waterproofed for Multiplex, Lendlease, John Holland, Richard Crookes, Hindmarsh, ADCO, Probuild, Hansen Yuncken, Kane, Cockram and Lahey. The book of marquee jobs runs from the Petronas Twin Towers in 1996 through to recent $500M data centres and Penrith conference centres.
The team is approved-applicator certified across sixteen manufacturer systems including Tremco, Ardex, Envirosystems, Bostik, Durotech, Parchem, Gripset and Kodex. We match the system to the spec, not the spec to the system we happen to like.
